Wow, this morning has flown by! I have been so busy in my garden and making yummy zucchini pickles, cucumber pickles, and zucchini relish! My garden is in full swing producing vegetables and fruits that I cannot wait to eat!
Here are all of my chopped-up veggies going into my zucchini relish! I will probably send these to my daughter-in-law because this was just one batch of zucchini! I will probably make this once a week for the next few months!
There was so much yummy brine leftover that I decided to make pickles!

4″ x 12″ cut down to 4″ x 3″ and you will get 4 pieces
3″ x 12″ cut down to 3″ x 4″ and you will get 3 pieces
1 3/4″ x 12″ cut down to 1 3/4″ x 5 1/4″ you will get 2 pieces
1 1/4″ x 12″ cut down to 1 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ you will get 2 pieces
2″ x 12″ if using the postage stamp punch you will need 8 punched pieces.
