Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!! This morning my granddaughter and I made leprechaun mix. It is basically puppy chow but with a green m&m twist and with white chocolate. It came out great! Also, Savannah set a trap for a leprechaun made out of an old ceral box. She was thrilled when she caught one and it turned to stone because if you catch a leprechaun it will turn to stone. In addition, to celebrate Alex and I made a couple of cards with a green theme! Plus, it was a great way to try out simply stamping with the Stamparatus.
Today’s Project
For today’s project I went with a green theme and I think that the card came out beautiful. It is a elegant way to send someone birthday cheer, especially if they love the color green. Plus using only green allows for a more monochromatic look that you can utalize with any color.
Items Used on this Card include,
I love using my stamparatus for stamping and it makes it easy to build up the colors or reink spots that did not get inked the first time on porjects. Furthermore, it helps give me confidence that my image will stay in one place as I restamp with it.
The stamp set is inspired by nature shilhouettes which you can make bold or use this sponging technique to add differnt tones. I love the bold sentiments that are included in this bundle. In addition, to this set I used the Art Gallery Bundle! This set is on sale right now for 20% off! I love this set! The sentiments are great for all ocasion and the flowers can be used with the gilded leafing!
