Hello Everyone,
I love sunsets. The different washes of color across the sky is beautiful here in Southern Arizona. I adore how the sky changes from blue, to coral, to orange, and pink as the sun sets over the Huachuca Mountains.
However, trying to capture the different colors on a card can be challenging especially if you want to get all of the colors. So an easy way to achieve the gradients of color is through the Rainbow Circle technique.
This is a really simple technique that could lend itself to so many wonderful card making opportunities. Imagine the circle sponged in all blues and greens. Using sets such as Magical Mermaids Cling set, Sea of Textures or Seaside Notions cling set.
How to make the card:
To make this card you will need the Layering Circles Framelits.
These circles will provide the circle used as the focal point and the piece used to help sponge.
