Challenge Stamping using Country Home

Hello Everyone,

Well, it is another week in quarantine and I have been able to do so much gardening. I love to garden it is one of my favorite things to do. I recently planted five tomato plants and I cannot wait to see how they do. Canning is something I really enjoy to do so  I can not wait for my crop.
Today I wanted to introduce a new fun way to stamp while my assistant and I are social distancing. We are going to challenge ourselves! We have taken and put random embellishments, ways to color, different papers and so on and put them in cups for us to draw. In this, we will select what we are using to make a card without seeing each others until the end. We have such different styles of stamping so it will be fun to see how our cards differ. We are using the same stamp set and it is called Country Home.

I love this stamp set. It’s rustic jugs and dried flowers make it a great autumn stamp set but it can also be used for stamping in the spring. It is also a great card right now to use to send your thanks to workers on the frontline.

This card features stamps from Country Home. This is a great stamp set for simple stamping or you can elevate your cards with embossing, coloring, and a variety of other techniques.

The stamp set looks great with the Tin Tile 3D embossing folder.

Today’s Projects

I love how these cards came out, they are so cute. Check out the video tutorial to see how we put these cards together. Make sure to leave a comment to let us know if you like Random stamping.

The two cards use different coloring techniques. Alex’s uses the no-line water coloring technique where you stamp off before stamping with a light-colored ink. I used stazon ink to make sure that the watercolor did not smear when I colored.
