This week I am stepping out of my comfort zone to play with two stamp sets that I would not normally create with. My Meadow and Waterfront are stamp sets that I either received during OnStage or during a previous catalog.These stamp sets are perfect for creating unique scenes.

Waterfront Photopolymer Stamp Set [146386] – Price: $17.00 –
Create tranquil sceneries, whether it’s lakes lined with trees, tropical islands, or snow-covered forests. This set is ideal for trying out new coloring techniques.
These two stamp sets are perfect for building landscape scene. The watercolor look helps to blend the two stamp sets together and work perfectly together. You can easily create a magnitude of landscapes and customize them so that they are unique to you.
I like to play with layouts and see what the sizes are of the stamps so I like to stamp them out onto a card front to see how I want to use the stamps.
This card uses both stamp sets to create a mountain and valley scene. I love how easy this is to lay out the grass. You can also stamp over the already stamped images to create a fuller image. I also used generational stamping to create depth. U stamped off twice for the clouds and once for the mountains that I wanted to look farther away.
To make this card, I used the colors above to create a landscape. Click on the color squares to check out items with colors.
Today’s Project
In today’s project I am create a tranquil card that is perfect to send as a get well card or as a thank you. I used generational stamping as well as overlay stamping to create a unique feel for this card.
